Each session uses a variety of massage and bodywork techniques to address your specific needs. My training includes Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, myoskeletal alignment, and cranio-sacral, among others. I blend these techniques to create a customized healing experience for the body and mind.

My work is best suited for those looking for a more therapeutic experience- aiming to alleviate discomfort in the body. I tend to work goal oriented and heavy handed. That said, I am happy to accommodate those looking for a lighter, more relaxing experience.

90 minute- $180
120 minute - $240

The massage price is all inclusive. Add ons such as cupping, hot stones, and essential oils may be included as needed based on my recommendation along with client preference.

As I am in private practice, I set my own prices. The price of the service reflects its value, and I always give 100%. Therefore tipping is not necessary.

I accept all payments, including credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, check, and cash.

I do not contract with insurance. However I am happy to produce a super-bill to be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
